Tomato Jam

Posted by Honest Abe (Brookville, United States) on 26 June 2016 in Food & Cuisine and Portfolio.

I love tomato jam and have fond memories of my mother making it during the War. It actually has a distinctive taste now that I don't recall it having when mother made it.

Most images were taken with a Canon EOS Digital Rebel T3i and a Tamron Piezo Drive, 18-270mm lens. I just bought a new fixed-focus retro style camera -- the X100S by Fujifilm. I think the best camera I have ever owned. I have the Canon with a f/4, 70-200mm white lens that is good for most shots.
